When I first started helping people clear their energy, I attracted a lot of women who were burned out and had lost their passion. They had the hard work, discipline, and grinding thing down. They were looking for a way to have more success without burning out. This is when I helped them to lift their frequency so they could naturally attract more abundance without having to force anything or be someone they’re not.
When I help people align their energy with their desired income, I always tell them that the work still needs to be done, the planning and execution still need to take place, and you still need to show up in the real world to do the things. If you want to manifest something in the physical world, you still have to do the work in the physical world. (And the hack is to get your energy right, so that the actions you take in the physical world will actually be successful and feel less forced). In Hi-Watt Business School, I teach our students that doing the work, writing the content, and creating your offering is actually a huge part of generating and holding the vibration of the outcome.
However, in the last few years, I have noticed a turning of the tides. It seems that more people are losing their drive, feeling undisciplined, becoming less resilient, and are having trouble connecting to other people the way they once did. This is making it hard to pull in clients, attract desired outcomes and create the abundance you once had. And for some, it’s making it hard to even care.
So when I asked myself how I can help with this, I thought… we need to get to the bottom of the energy patterns that are causing this way of being.
Why have you lost your drive? Because you have old patterns of ambition that were rooted in pressure, comparison, lack, and proving yourself. You’re not moved by these anymore, so we need to release the energy of striving and reconnect with the true pulse of inspired creation and action.
Why have you become less resilient? Because you are still energetically storing your past disappointments, and they are causing you to play small and feel quickly defeated in order to protect yourself.
Where did your discipline go? Discipline comes naturally when we deeply honor ourselves and the things we feel called to create. When we stop honoring ourselves, this is when we face resistance, procrastination, and a feeling that our hard work won’t be worth it.
And why did we stop connecting well with other people? There are too many reasons to count in the post-Covid era, but in a nutshell: resonance has become difficult. We don’t all have the same values, beliefs, desires, or opinions, and it has caused us to close our hearts. When we clear the heart chakra, and open ourselves back up to connection, we can feel safe to find resonance, empathy, and presence with people again.
